Prostatic enlargement is a comman problem is old age. By TURP nearly all patient who requires surgery for prostate can be treated successfully without any incision. Under anesthesia per urethraly scope is inserted & under vision prostate is resected. Patient requires 2 to 4 days hospitalization & 1 week rest. Usually patient done not requires blood transfusion & patient can tolerate endoscopic surgery very well without risk of incontinance of urine.
